Located in a great location and a 5 minute walk to the metro station. Staff was quite welcoming and very friendly. Our room was quite large and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would visit back again!

Lovely and convenient.

We stayed at Madanis for 3 nights and in particular appreciated the location of the hotel, it is a few minutes walk from the metro and has plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean and relatively modern. Would stay here again.

Great hotel. Terrible customer service.

Website error forced me to pay for my booking twice. I was not able to cancel the reservation and hotels.com would not own up to their mistake and the hotel refused to refund me. Great hotel. Terrible customer service.

元々予約していた２部屋ですが、チェックイン時に１部屋でどうですか？という意味のわからない提案をしてきた。さらに、エレベータが故障していて、大きなトランクを複数持っていたので困りましたが、従業員用の業務用エレベーターを使えたのでなんとかなったのですが、そのエレベーターも狭かったので不便でした。あと、3泊していたのですが部屋の無料の水がなくなっても、追加してくれなかった。

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien, la regadera necesita servicio ya que no sale bien el agua. Me hubiera gustado que surtieran agua todos los dias de la estancia y no solo al ingreso. Por lo demas, todo muy bien.
