The location of this hotel is great and you tend to pay more for a big city hotel but some things could have been better. There wasn’t a single picture or decoration on the wall. Not a big deal but made the room kind of drab. The bed was old and kind of sagged on one side. The tv was small and wasn’t a smart tv so only one English channel. One chair and only tiny end tables. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked so didn’t feel like the hotel was well kept

The property is in a great location, close to the Cathedral and a number of museums. There is an Irish pub within a minute walk. The condition is okay, and it gets cleaned everyday. The reception team were friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was we got harassed by one tall cleaner who came to our room and asked if we require “personal” service. We got very uncomfortable as we were two women traveling together.

Old refirbished building in need of new update two single beds? We ordered a double . Close to central area. Gluten-free pre packaged breads croissants, muffins were excellent. Breakfast buffet, not so great under cooked bacon and sliced hot dogs? Pastries and donuts good. Lunch meat,and cheese ok.Dirty floor.

Location was perfect and reception and breakfast areas were good. Unfortunately our room (112) was nothing like the website photos, it was cramped, dark and had some cracked floor tiles. Perhaps there are better rooms somewhere else in the building?

Long weekend stay

The staff are so friendly and accommodating, they were lovely! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The location is perfect for getting anywhere in Barcelona. However the room was a lot smaller than the room in the photo when we booked, and the view from our window was a messy terrace with cat/dog food tins etc.

Great location, would stay again. A little noisy

A fantastic hotel. A fair price, breakfast was pretty good every morning, a little more variety would be great. Friendly staff, great location with a lot all around you. A little loud from both inside and outside noise, walls shook when doors closed. Overall great spot though.

The staff make this hotel. Besides the amazing location and the amazing view from our 8th floor room while sitting on our private balcony; the staff are the most attentive, welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional I have seen in my traveling career. By far Luis was one of the nicest people we had the pleasure of meeting in this city and will take good care of you, but that goes for the rest of the staff aswell. If I could rate the our experience higher than 5/5 I would.
