Hôtel correct

Hôtel situé dans un quartier calme et à proximité de la plage. Les chambres sont propres mais la déco est un peu datée. Le problème c'est surtout le petit déjeuner: la salle est bien trop petit par rapport à la capacité de l'hôtel. Il faut attendre pour avoir une table. La circulation entre les tables et le buffet est difficile. Le personnel est débordé et les victuailles manquent parfois.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer war groß und sauber, das Einzige was zu bemängeln wäre, beim Duschen stand das ganze Bad unter Wasser und die Fenster sind nicht so richtig dicht. Erwähneswert sind die bequeme Betten. Frühstück war ok aber nichts Besonderes. Für einen Städte Kurztrip voll ausreichend. Wir würden das Hotel nochmals buchen.

The property was in an area that did not appear safe but was safe and walkable to various shops and restaurants and a shopping mall. It was not too far from the hop on and hop off bus. (one stop from La Sagrada Familia). The staff was helpful and freindly. I did not like that there were no irons in the rooms. I was in Barcelona for a cruise and wanted to iron some clothes before getting on the ship where irons were not allowed.They did have a steamer, but it did not work that great. I also did not like the fact that we were charged 20 euros to check into our room early as we had an early arrival flight. I have never been anywhere that charged a fee for that. If the room is ready than what am I paying for? It is not like we asked them to clean a room for us early. We paid the fee because after a 9-hour flight we were ready to rest. I was traveling with a number of people who were staying at various other hotels in Barcelona. None of them were charged a fee. On the back end of my cruise, I stayed in a hotel near the airport. The room was ready when we arrived (5 hours earlier than the checkin time) and I was not charged a fee. In my entire years of living, I have never been charged a fee for early check-in.

Hotel is vrij basic maar prima verblijf tijdens een stedentrip. Kaner was ruim en schoon, goede bedden. De ontbijtzaal is klein en daardoor rommelig. Service van personeel kan beter. Aanbod van ontbijt was prima, maar kan beter verzorgd worden.
