The staff are all welcoming. Check in and check out process was smooth. Ferran has been very helpful and went above and beyond. The manager also approved a 1 hour extension to give us time to pack our things after a morning tour. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options. Dinner at the Restaurant Sintonia was excellent. Thank you for an excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excelent hotel in Barcelona! Just came back from a quick visit to several cities in Europe and this was the best hotel. Great rooms, good breakfast and VERY good location in Barcelona, near everything. Best hotel option for Barcelona

I liked everything about the property. Staff was great! My only problem was with the fact that the dining room did not open until 8 pm. We Canadians like to eat between 5 - 6 pm but I guess that's my problem, not the hotel's... We ate both dinners at the Italian restaurant next door.

All we could say is WOW!!!!! Absolutely the best staff we have ever experienced! So attentive, kind, patient and is always trying to help to make our trip better.
