The staff are all welcoming. Check in and check out process was smooth. Ferran has been very helpful and went above and beyond. The manager also approved a 1 hour extension to give us time to pack our things after a morning tour. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options. Dinner at the Restaurant Sintonia was excellent.
