This hotel needs renovation. The lobby looks good, but my suite was very outdated, making the $1000 per night rate hard to justify. Despite informing staff of our wedding anniversary, they didn’t offer congratulations. When we requested a taxi to the airport, a black van arrived. Curious about the fare, we asked at the front desk, which claimed it was the same as a regular yellow taxi, but it turned out to be much pricier. I can't recommend this hotel.

The good: 1. Clean rooms and relatively large 2. Great location and a helpful concierge The bad: 1. Sensor for the room key broke and we were stuck outside our room for a while. The management did nothing to help compensate for this which we would expect for a 5 star hotel. 2. WiFi was terrible. To the point where we could not send emails or do any work. The staff needed to be reminded 3 times to fix this. 3. Gym is functional but tiny. Bottom line, for 500-600 EUR a night this place is incredibly overpriced. Appropriate price range is probably 200-300. I’m a fan of luxury properties and I would never stay here again.
