Five minutes' walk from the apartment there is the well-known Plaza España where you can find the stunning shopping center "Las ARENAS" that used to be a Bullfighting arena. The Magic Fountain of Montjuic is a must see while you are around the area. You could also explore the Park "L'Escorxador" which is just 7 minutes away.

On the balcony you will find a table with chairs, there is room enough to enjoy your breakfast or having a good glass of wine.
