"The biggest issue that I had was the information that I received about the bus was totally misleading . It says there is a bus down the street… it’s a 10-15 min walk. Oh and it only comes 2-3 times a day and forget about getting back there on the bus. So 1/2 of us came unprepared to rent a car. You must have a car unless you don’t plan on leaving. "We stayed there for a week and were pleasantly surprised with everything this hotel has to offer. An onsite restaurant has a phenomenal dinner, and breakfast buffet is to die for. Rooms are clean and functional. Easy walkable to Duomo and all the sights. Has a laundry facility with a washer (no need to bring your own detergent) and dryer - you can get change at the front desk to run them. Staff is friendly. Great choice when visiting Florence."
