"THI IS NOT A HOTEL! The manager running the place was kind enough to admit. I believe this is a working winery that rents some rooms. I will start with the Good. The area is beautiful We manager recommended a GREAT stake restaurant call ADRIANO 731943. Highly recommended if you LOVE meat (as we do) The breakfast was nice (not great, but good enough) Unfortunately, this is where the good staff ends. "Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....

"Wonderful countryside estate in a great location. Charming house on an olive farm. It is in a quiet, private area and is very relaxing. Beautiful views and lots of room for kids to run around and explore. The location was also excellent for day trips to Florence, Pisa, Vinci, even the coast. The property was spacious and clean. The host was always available and very responsive/helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!"
