Vacation Home "Rocamar" with Mountain View, Pool, Wi-Fi, A/C, Terrace & Garden

Located on a fenced plot in the quiet, idyllic village of Zahora, the wheelchair-accessible vacation home "Rocamar" offers a perfect vacation experience not far from the stunning white beaches of the coast in southern Spain.



The modernly furnished vacation home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can accommodate 5 people.



Additional amenities of the wheelchair accessible house include Wi-Fi, a TV, a chimney, a washing machine, and a baby crib (on request).

Air conditioning is only located in the living room but cools the entire property. There are also fans in the bedrooms.

Outside, you can enjoy relaxing evenings with delicious food on the partially covered terrace, which is equipped with a spacious dining table and a brick barbecue. The private pool (available between April and October) invites you to take a refreshing dip.



The nearest beach, Playa de Zahora, is about 6 minutes by car or 1.7 km away, and at the same distance to the south, you will find the breathtaking sights of Cape Trafalgar. While there is a selection of restaurants and cafes on Zahora beach, you will find a wider selection of stores along "Trafalgar Avenue", which is 5 minutes or 2.6 km away by car.

Maravillosa estancia en Zahora

La casita es muy cómoda. La parte interior es suficiente para una pareja o familia de hasta 4. Lo mejor sin duda es la parte exterior. Entre el porche y la piscina pasamos el 80% del tiempo. La situación es muy buena para moverte por la zona. Hemos estado muy bien. Solo un apunte, cuidado con dejar la sombrilla abierta en dias de viento, puede salir volando, literal. Juan Antonio muy atento ante cualquier problema. Volvería todos los años allí.

Erholung gelungen !

Pros: ABSOLUTE Sauberkeit, in 30 Jahren nicht so sauber und aufgeräumt erlebt. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir hoffen wir haben es auch entsprechend sauber hinterlassen. In unserem Reisezeitraum war die Umgebung SEHR ruhig. Genau was wir wollten und es erfreut uns dieses Glück gehabt zu haben. Im Bett konnten wir gut schlafen. Die Spaziergänge zum Strand, ca. 1.5 km bzw. 2.5 km (je nach Weg) waren perfekt um die Strandbesuche einzuleiten bzw. ausklingen zu lassen. Trotz Tagen mit Wind konnten wir den "Sommer" noch geniessen. Herr Juan Antiono (Eigentümer) macht auf uns einen sympathischen Eindruck und die Übergabe des Hauses klappte hervorragend. Der von der Autostrasse getrennte Fahrradweg von "Conil de la Frontera" runter bis nach "Los Canos de Meca" ist genial. Cons: Leider war das HAus mit 90 qm angegeben, hatte aber nach unserer Nachmessung 10m x 7m (Außenmaß) abzüglich der überdachte Terrasse definitiv weniger als 90 qm. Es war in der Beschreibung ein Backofen und Wasserkocher aufgelistet. Wir konnten dies in den 14 Tagen nicht finden. (Haben es aber sehr gut ohne überlebt ;-P ) Exkremente sind leider in der Umgebung (bei den Spaziergängen) nicht zu übersehen, aber hier kann weder der Eigentümer, noch das Ferienhaus etwas für. Leider gab es täglich am Strand "vereinzelt" einen Quad-/Enduromotorradfahrer. Einer hat Spaß, der Rest muss es ertragen. Zu unserer Reisezeit scheint bereits die Nebensaison zu greifen und etliche Restaurants waren bereits geschlossen

Casa fantástica, todo super nuevo, toda la zona exterior y la piscina es un privilegio. La limpieza de 10, y el espacio interior super aprovechado. La zona es super tranquila por las noches aunque estés a un paseo de cualquier restaurante, chiringuito etc. En cuanto al anfitrión, 100% facilidades y 0 peros, comunicación fluida en cualquier momento. Un gustazo, hemos vuelto encantados. David.
