「Avarage..mentainance is poor」

「The rooms are massive, very well furnished and well maintained. The food is amazing and the staff are great. The only 2 things to keep in mind is that its a 1 hour drive to the gates of Jim Corbett National park so if you are planning early morning safaris you need to leave at lile 4 am. The place is very peaceful and the owner is very helpful, I does server breakfast and dinner buffet style and lunch is extra and a-la carte but still very good. We enjoyed our stay there and would definetly use...

「Well maintained property, property owner has a great taste and room size was also decent.」

「Good property 」

「very courteous staff, room service without extra charges. Very spacious rooms. We stayed at ground floor which had an awesome patio up front and there is lawn just outside with tables and chairs to enjoy outdoors. A group of adult males brought liquor bottle and stated drinking right outside our patio all the while taking in foul language. This kind of behavior should be controlled by the management.」

「I really want to appreciate the staff present at the hotel. So diligent and polite they were. They even served the breakfast in bed as per our request. We wanted a scissors in an urgent situation. The hotel arranged it anyhow in less than half an hour. They really go out of the box to help you. The food was amazing. They ensured we had a safe and peaceful stay. Thanks to the hotel staff and management. Would really recommend it to all the people looking forward to have a vacation there. Cheers.」

「The view is mesmerising and the room size is way bigger than what looks like in the picture.」

「Everything is perfect one thing i didnt like its very interior imside d forest」

「Serene view, good service and hospitality, clean room, polite and humble staff. Overall stay and experience was quite satisfactory.」

「Rummet var ganska bra.」

「The property has a stunning view of the hills which will make you fall in love with it. However, our room had faulty switches because of which we couldn't turn on the geyser at all during our stay. Food was nice but a little on the expensive side.」

「Worst Experience — Not Worth the Money & Poor Support from Hotels.com Our stay in the family room was extremely disappointing. There was no furniture at all except one bed with just a bedsheet — no chairs, no table, nothing. When we questioned the hotel staff, they simply said, “The same photo is uploaded online,” which is misleading. There was no privacy either. The back door was made of MS sheet without any proper lock, and only after repeated requests did they tie it with a steel wire to...

「施設、接客態度、食事、インターネット環境等、全てにおいて最悪でした。それに対してのホテル価格が高すぎる。今まで宿泊したホテルで最悪でした。Hotels.comのホテルから外すべきだと感じた。」

「Room was beyong our expectation. Staff was friendly and understanding. Best part was the peacefull environment. We enjoyed every second and food was good. A must stay place if you are visiting Nanital with family and specially kids.」

「Food was nice. Staff wasn't very hospitable.」
