「I stayed overnight and had a wonderful experience. The hotel truly deserves a 5-star review, everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The only small suggestion would be to add some fresh fruit to the breakfast options, but overall it was a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend it! Luiz」

「We had an overall terrible experience here. At check in they “didn’t have our room available” a suite as we anre a family of 6 and blamed it on me booking through Expedia. They accommodated us with 2 double queens that we were told were adjoining which did we’re not adjoining, the staff got super short with us and rude when we brought it up. One of our rooms was not properly cleaned, personal belonging and trash under the edges of the bed. We were then told there weren’t anymore rooms next to...

「There was hair (not from a persons head) all over the floor, toilet and tub. We were given a rags and spray to clean it up ourselves as there was no staff to clean it. We were suppose to receive a credit and never did because we “booked through a third party”. Next, the gal who was handling breakfast was very argumentative. My husband had the door open to the milk fridge and she told him he needed to shut it. He stated that he would as soon as he was done and she proceeded to tell him that...

「The bed headboard wasn't connected to frame. Breakfast was prepackaged omelts, potatoes and breads. However, the in-house restaurant was fantastic. The Whiskey Butter is a scratch restaurant with menu changing daily. Restaurant staff is great and treat you like family. Chef said he was going to take over the breakfast buffet, can on I y imagine the improvement. Recommend hotel.」

「Air conditioning went out in our room then the TV wouldn’t connect to cable it was just a blank screen then the toilet wouldn’t flush due to the chain breaking inside the toilet bowl. The maintenance staff did try to fix the air conditioner but nothing worked.」
