「Amazing accommodations in a great location. Within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and pier. The condo was comfortable, quaint and spotless — a wonderful place to unwind for the day. Eric and Tim were prompt in responding to my questions about the condo — which was greatly appreciated! We will definitely be back!」

「We LOVED staying at this charming bed/breakfast in Bar Harbor!! It was so close to everything, and the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The breakfast (included) was fantastic, and they always had homemade scones/cookies/biscuits ready for the taking. Our room was very quaint and well-appointed. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us...we'll be back!!!!」

「Underwhelmed. Cottage was adorable at first. Not the cleanest, bugs in windows, stains on rugs and chairs, chips on the floor. Woke up to no hot water. The bathroom was clean. Went to front to ask about it and grab “coffee”. Honestly, coffee was similar to motor oil. A keurig would have been a better choice for the lobby. Maintenance came while we were at breakfast. I followed up and was told that I turned off breaker, which I didn’t do. Girl was polite when I asked for a refund for the 2nd...

「We had a perfect stay at this beautiful hotel. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. The room was perfect, clean and comfy. The location and view can’t be beat. The breakfast was amazing, best complimentary breakfast we have ever experienced. We loved the heated indoor pool and hot tub. Overall great experience. We hope to be back soon!」

「Fabulous hotel! Rooms were very clean. I have a view of Frenchmans Bay and downtown Bar Harbor. Sunrise everyday over the lobster boats and lobster buoys. Breakfast was great. Hotel has front loading washer and driers where you need a room key to get in, clothes safe. Front desk personnel was friendly and provided water bottles when needed. Very close to Acadia. I loved this hotel!」

「I had the loveliest stay at the Cleftstone Inn. To start, the staff is welcoming, kind and attentive. From the moment you check in, you feel right at home as you get acquainted with the property and your room. The property has such a homie feeling and my room was quaint but chic. Breakfast and tea time had to be my favorite part of the Inn as there were always different options to choose from and everything was so tasty! I will definitely be returning to the Inn and bringing friends with me....

「The location was great to walk to almost everything. Was able to take a trolley to the park for a tour which we would highly recommend. The room was very clean. Shower was great lots of pressure. The gifts that were left in the place was very thoughtful. Would definitely recommend for anyone we know coming to Maine - bar harbor. 」

「I feel the breakfast should have had more options. I was surprised that my room was not cleaned and made up daily. The parking seemed adequate. The view from my room was great. It was probably the best thing about staying there along with the receptionist who was extremely helpful in making tour reservations.」

「This was a disaster! We booked this room as part of our honeymoon and we ended up getting sick from it and having to cut our stay short. The room was awkward and strange but that’s manageable. What we couldn’t stand was the intense smell of bleach that make us cough and burned our eyes and sinuses. I don’t know what they were trying to cover up but it made us sick.
