Come and discover our village through this beautiful new apartment we are offering.

Located at the entrance to Banyuls-sur-Mer in a quiet residence close to the beach, this apartment is the perfect place for a successful family vacation!

Equipped for 4 people and fully air-conditioned, it comprises a living room opening onto a first terrace, a fully equipped kitchenette (filter coffee maker), two bedrooms, one with access to the terrace, and a bathroom with toilet.

Situated near Elmes beach, which you can admire from the terraces, you can easily walk there.

The two terraces also offer the opportunity to enjoy breakfast practically with your feet in the water.

💰 Rates and Conditions

🧽 Cleaning Fee: €110 upon advance request

💳 Security Deposit: €500 (not cashed, returned after your stay)

We ask that you leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition (dishes washed, floors clean, trash emptied, etc.) to ensure the best possible experience for the next guests.

If the cleaning is not done properly, a "double cleaning" fee of €220 may be deducted from your security deposit. Thank you for your understanding and respect for the property 🙏

Bel appartement face mer

Idéalement placé devant un belle plage. Vue splendide de la terrasse. Apparemment propre, bien agencé, bien équipé..... Attention pas de place de parking avec l'appartement mais possibilité de connaître les appartements vide en discutant avec les résidents afin de pouvoir se garer à cette place de parking..
