It is very classy: the room was big, quiet and cosy (actually it is better than it looks in the picture), the selling is high, hot water pressure is good, elevator going smooth and quiet, eating aria at 3 rd floor is very nice. "I made a mistake of booking the stay in Cruise hotel through orbitz, but the hotel would not let me check in, claiming they did not receive payment. They also did not allow a cancellation through orbitz. I paid for the stay twice and I filed the refund tickets with the credit cards and orbitz, the refund request through orbitz was declined due to the hotel policy. "The staff is nice and the linens are clean but this is not a good hotel. Bring slippers as there is carpet in the room which is extremely dirty and stained so you will not want to walk on in with your bare feet. The air conditioner freezes so don't put the temp below 23 C and close the bathroom door with the fan on after a shower or it will freeze the A/C.
