3 Queen Beds – Comfortable and inviting, perfect for couples.

4 Twin Beds – Great for families with children or group stays.

Every room is thoughtfully designed with extra blankets, pillows, and a cozy mountain ambiance.

Open Living Room – Gather by the gas fireplace with a large smart TV for movie nights.

Fully Stocked Kitchen – Equipped with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, cookware, and bar seating.

We welcome up to 2 dogs for a $50 per dog, per stay fee. Dogs must be crated when left alone.

💰 Policies

Cancellation Policy:

14+ days before arrival → Full refund

8–14 days → 50% refund

1–7 days → No refund (exceptions for documented medical emergencies)

Deposit: 50% refundable deposit due within 24 hours of booking to secure stay.

House Rules: No smoking, no parties, respect quiet hours, and follow hot tub rules.

Fabulous accommodations!

A group of us stayed at the house for three nights and had a wonderful time. The property looks just like the photos, is very clean and well-equipped, and everything is in good working order. Wonderful mountain views!The only thing that could have been better was that communication with the manager could have been more timely and consistent. But overall, a beautiful property in a fantastic location . We would definitely go back!
