「Location is the only good thing Grossly overpriced Poor service Pitifully understaffed No value for money at all The owner in their response wanted specific examples… so here it goes 1. Insects in attached bathroom (video with caption already provided) 2. Menu item spelled wrongly (e.g. Jerked chicken, don’t want to expand more to risk profanity, picture provided) 3.

「The property is new, so the facilities were very clean. However, the lights in the guest rooms and outside the door are very harsh and garish. Softer lighting will improve the ambience significantly. The bathroom set up can be improved, for instance the height of the towel rack must be reduced for ease of use and the water drain is very rudimentary, which can be upgraded. The food is excellent and the staff takes care to cook local cuisine, which is very commendable.」

「Very conveniently located In the midst of nature Nicely decked」

「The overall ambience is good. Staff is very polite and good. The hotel, I was told is under renovation. Hence, it had no rooms for drivers, which was a negative. Overall, I rate the hotel...
