The villa:
This brand-new vacation villa is located in Singaraja, surrounded by a 900-square-meter tropical garden in the authentic northern part of Bali. Lovina Beach is 2.4 km away, and Aling Aling Waterfall is 12 km away. The property offers a wide range of amenities and features air conditioning in all bedrooms. In the expansive tropical garden, you’ll find a private pool measuring 7 x 3.5 meters, a large terrace, and free private parking. Reliable Wi-Fi (30 Mbps) is available throughout the property.

The villa has 3 bedrooms: one master bedroom on the first floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs, all with en-suite bathrooms featuring a shower, toilet, and complimentary toiletries. A well-equipped kitchen with a microwave and a refrigerator.
The property features manicured lawns, a breezy terrace with an infinity pool, and on the sun terrace there are 4 luxurious sunbeds and a large umbrella.

Staff:
From the moment you arrive at the airport, the villa’s staff will take care of you to make your vacation in Bali truly unforgettable. Staff members are available throughout the day to ensure your needs are met, leaving you free to focus on what matters most: enjoying a perfect vacation. The staff’s services are included in the rental price.

You can choose to have lunch and dinner prepared by our staff, either from a menu or based on your own suggestions. Our staff will handle the grocery shopping (at local prices) based on your menu requests, and your meals will be prepared and served at a time of your choosing. We believe it’s important to use local products and ingredients. Therefore, fresh seasonal vegetables, fruits, and herbs are purchased daily at the local market. Pure, fresh, and authentic! You must provide the staff with money in advance so they can go to the market. Afterward, they will provide you with receipts.

=They will prepare delicious dishes or a traditional Balinese feast and are also open to special dietary requests. This is the perfect location for family vacations and the ideal venue for weddings and special events. So come and experience our hospitality!=

Transportation:
The best way to get around Bali is with your own transportation—whether you drive yourself, hire a driver, rent a moped, or ride a bike. This gives you the flexibility to explore and allows you to reach many places that are otherwise inaccessible.

We can arrange transportation from the airport (or from another location in Bali) to the villa for you. Our private driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall (or hotel lobby) to take you comfortably to the villa in a private, air-conditioned car. The transfer is not included in the rental rate.

You can also use our private driver for sightseeing tours or taxi services. Most of our guests do. Arrangements can be made through our villa staff or our help desk.

Welcome letter:
After booking, we will send you a welcome letter with all the details about the villa (and other “good to know” information) and an information guide to Bali with more background on the villa, the staff’s services, and great suggestions for things to do and see in the surrounding area. You’ll find additional brochures and information inside the villa.

Explore:
The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for exploration, discovery, and activities. Beautiful beaches, dolphin tours, terraced rice fields, plantations, mountains, monkeys, temples, and some charming villages and towns are nearby, such as Lovina and Singaraja. This former capital of Bali is home to the Gedong Kirtya Library, where you’ll find the famous Lontar Manuscripts. South of Singaraja lies Bali’s most spectacular waterfall, the Git Git Waterfall. About 10 minutes from the villa, the Buddhist monastery Brahma Vihara Arama—also known as “Little Borobudur”—is worth a visit, as are the famous Air Panas Hot Springs, which are just 5 minutes away. You’ll find wonderful snorkeling and diving sites nearby, such as Menjangan Island, and one of the finest golf courses in Asia—the Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club—is just an hour’s drive away.

Dolphin tour:
Dolphin-watching tours at Lovina Beach remain one of the main natural attractions of this quiet and laid-back coastal town in North Bali. What this black-sand beach lacks in features compared to the beaches around the island’s south, it makes up for with its frequent sightings of dolphin pods that favor these calm waters. Back in the day, every sunrise, local fishermen in traditional outrigger canoes set out for their daily catches in the bay—and so did the dolphins.

This unique bond between humans and dolphins developed over time—hunting pods led local fishermen to where schools of sardines and mackerel gathered, and likewise, dolphins joined in the frenzy as the cast nets were deployed. Occasionally, the cetaceans would breach the surface to check out the action above. Fishermen now regularly take visitors on dolphin-watching tours to see their aquatic friends.
