Had a loft suite, Carpet in room was soaking wet from cleaners couldn’t take shoes off. General cleanliness could have been improved.
Main concern be careful with this property I Booked prepaid through Expedia, like I do with many stays. I checked out early due to room conditions front staff would not deal with me directly regarding billing, would not provide receipt or even apologize for room conditions this was a major red flag telling me Expedia would have to call for refund and invoice of remaining day(s) on stay. usually this has always been done directly with hotel. Expedia earned the gold star for getting me the refund after a few hours of escalation. Property seems ok, hot tubs cool, just yeah be mindful with billing at this property, customer service was not there, unprofessional.
