"There was no pool. The hot tubs were decent. It was a nice stay but I would not classify it as family-friendly. The staff were kind but there was miss communication with the timing of the city bus and we ended up almost being late for our concert and ended up having to pay $16 for a 5 minute cab ride."

Room was spacious, bed were confortable.
The soap and shower products were made locally and they were excellent.
No restaurant on site but they did offer complimentary coffee in lobby all day.

"Great, comfortable room; terrific bar (did not try the steakhouse), close to shops--free ski shuttle right outside front door; free parking. It does seem to cater to families with small children so the spa/pool area can be crowded and noisy with children. "
