"We spent a night on our way down the east coast. Such a great place to stop to allow space for our dog to stretch after a long day of driving. Coffee,snacks and water left for us and the place was really clean. I would absolutely stop here again. If you’re looking for a dogs paradise and a stay away from the hustle and bustle, this is it!"

We thought we were the only ones there, but in the morning there were several other guests so that attests to how quite it was. The kitchen and living and dining areas were wonderful. "Good location and price was decent. However, there's more than bad than good. The area was spacious, bed was ok and sheets looked clean. Now the bad, floors were sticky so I had to wear my shoes all the time. The back door stayed open and so anyone and come and go and the towels were stained. I stayed for YouTube purposes but wouldn't recommend unless your really on a budget. Not allowing me to attach photos but you can see reviews on Google."

Rental Cabin - Back of the Dragon Route 16

Wonderful place to stay when in the Tazewell area

"My wife and I really enjoyed the stay. It's close to downtown Tazewell, but far enough out of town that you feel like you're out in the mountains far from civilization. It's a quaint, new-ish wooden cabin with everything we needed for a couple days away. There's no TV, but honestly we didn't miss it, and it was nice to not mindlessly flip on the screen during downtime. I'd go back again for sure when traveling that way."

Breathtaking Views

"Our family trip to Cabin in the Blue Ridge was perfect. The cabin was large enough to accommodate our group, with beds to spare. The kitchen had everything we needed, even large pots and pans, plenty of baking sheets, 2 coffee pots, and two ovens, plus there's a huge table for meals, and board games. There are bathrooms on each of the three floors, which is nice when you have a group. There was plenty of seating on the porches and the views from every side were just stunning. We could see horses and cows grazing on the hillsides, and the horses even visited one morning, we woke up with them right outside the window. We walked the trails, and the kids had fun following the trail map and sign posts. If you're looking for a place for a large group, and if you appreciate a rustic, country atmosphere, this cabin is a great choice. We are already talking about a return trip."
