The hotel is excellent as well as the service rendered from the staff for the level of hotel rated. Awesome breakfast buffet spread. Spacious room. 이 호텔은 걍 괜다. 방을 크고 편하다. 아침 식사 엄청좋고 맛있다. Some room for improvements: > Gym: needs more aircon and ventilation > Room amenities: some are old/broken - to check before guests checks in (eg. kettle, tv remote control battery) > Business Center: set up a side or space for business center for guests to do their work whilst waiting for check-in or check-out waiting for their next journey.

an overall pleasant stay

Check in after arrival was easy, the reception staff friendly and helpful at all times, the concierge helpful regarding sites to visit and directing me to places, though some places can be reached by walking instead of taxi (surely after respecting certain precautions, i.e. ladies leave your Gucci bags and diamonds at home) but I think it is just a safety first policy by the hotel. I did not encounter any lapses with the house keeping as I had read at some other rating websites and found them fast compared to usual Indonesian standards. The room cleaning at the second day of my stay could have been a bit better (dropped cookies still at the floor). The views from the room are pleasant, advantages are surrounding shopping malls and the better local food outlets quite nearby, in fact in walking within distance. Internet speed was fine. Breakfast was good too but would recommend a better brand for the jam and more strength to the black tea (I thought nearby Bandung is a tea plantation area???). But the basics are there and if you are adventurous to taste the local dishes, it is all fine. Please keep up the local herbs drinks for breakfast that gives some difference to the other hotels... The sunset drink at the roof bar at the extension building is very joyful (sure pricier than at normal food outlets). I really liked the non smoking policy inside the hotel areas (lobby etc). overall a very pleasant stay. Don't forget to bring sufficient funds for the factory outlets nearby.

コンパクトで清潔なシティホテル

部屋数はそれほど多くないと思うが、部屋が広く、トイレ、シャワーブースも広く快適。 朝食は現地食、コンチネンタルあり席数も多く混雑した感じではなかった。 エレベーターが少し少なく待つことがあった。

Nice Hotel

Confortable and clean, but small noize (from air conditioner?) is annoying a little. Nice Indonesian street brand stores at the backstreet. A convenience store is near but hard to go across the street in front due to heavy traffic.

ITBに近く便利なホテル

高速からホテルが見えたが、そばに来ると手頃な大きさのホテルであった。新しく近代的で使いやすい割に宿泊金額が安く満足できた。

A well located hotel but in need of rescue

The room is very tired. The shower curtain is mouldy and stained. The bed sheet was discoloured, off white. The wooden floor tiling has came off but was nailed to the ground as a quick fix. Overall the room looks mediocre and does not reflect a four star or even three star rating hotel.

Prima hotel maar buurt beetje saai.

Prima hotel maar weinig in de buurt te beleven. Centrum is wel te lopen. Restaurant van het hotel is overigens wel prima.

Very recommended hotel

booked 5 rooms for a short vacation with our family. 2 babies were with us and the hotel manager was very keen that he allowed us to reserve 2 baby cots for free. Staffs were friendly. Parking space was a concern for some guests as the hotel only has a few car park space, but we were happy as they provided a free valet service for guests. Breakfast were nice. Room was reasonably clean. The only thing we would think about before making another reservation was the terrible traffic jam right on the street in front of the hotel. Thank you for the wonderful service!
