You and your group are just moments away from the first tee of the world-class courses, with the Bandon Preserve and main clubhouse right around the corner. After a day of challenging links golf, this updated home offers everything you need to relax and prepare for the next round.



Ease your muscles and relive the day's best shots in the peaceful, fenced-in backyard. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, perfect for a pre-round breakfast or cooking a celebratory steak dinner on the gas grill. Stay up-to-date on all things golf with the included Golf Channel, or use the high-speed internet to research your next course. The home offers a king bed in one bedroom, the second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin ottoman pull-out, and a queen sofa bed is available in the living room. Up to two dogs can join the trip, allowing the whole family to enjoy the Bandon experience.



When you're not on the course, you'll still be perfectly positioned to experience the best of the Southern Oregon Coast. And you are just minutes from the expansive, quiet sands of Whiskey Run Beach, where you can drive your vehicle right onto the sand. Bullards Beach State Park is also just a short three-mile drive away. Ample parking for up to 3 vehicles, including space for a boat.

You can book a tee time at the legendary Bandon Dunes Golf Resort one and a half miles west, or spend a day exploring the coastline at Bullards Beach State Park three miles south. The charming town of Bandon, with its great shops and restaurants, is a short six-mile drive. A family adventure at West Coast Game Park Safari is just 14 miles away as well.

We’ve stayed at this property a few times and enjoy the convenience of it to Bandon Dunes for our annual golf trip. Unfortunately the septic system broke and caused issues which we had to quickly move into a new vacation rental late at night. Still giving this place 4 stars because it is a great place.

House was just what we were looking for! Comfy setting, living room and bedroom. All the things in kitchen you need for a good meal If you're a golfer, not much closer to Bandon Dunes you can get!! Quiet neighborhood, very relaxing. Have saved it in our list of places to return.

Convenient cottage next to Bandon

Stayed here for few days with my husband for a golf trip. Very convenient comfortable house. Mildew smell to towels and linens and in the house, otherwise very nice.

Enjoyable Stay

Our stay was very nice. The guest house was sparkling clean and well outfitted. The neighbourhood was quiet and private. There is much to do in the area as it’s very close to beaches and many trails.

Christmas vacation

This was a perfect place in a great location for our Christmas vacation with our son and daughter-in-law. The yard was perfect for their little dog. The home was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had no issues and would stay here again. Vacasa was also very responsive to questions we had and very efficient.

Fully stocked. We wont have to bring some of the stuff we brought next time. So cute - great location - easy to get to from 101 freeway. Hopefully, next time we will have better weather to be able to enjoy backyard. Very well kept. We were visiting our son and grandchildren from California.

Perfect vacation rental for our 10 year anniversary!

The house was easy to find, private, clean, and well stocked! It is located about 6 miles from Bandon, Oregon. The fenced backyard was great for our 2 dogs to romp and play in. The property itself is contained, private from the neighbors and beautifully surrounded by trees and other vegetation. We saw some cool mushrooms and caterpillars, (we traveled from Las Vegas, NV so this was a treat to see)! The heater worked great since visiting in late October meant some cold nights and mornings. The kitchen had everything we needed. We did use the washer and dryer once. We had no issues at all. Check in was easy, parking was more than adequate, soaps, towels, laundry supplies, dishwasher, and refrigerator were all great! We also used the provided wifi and brought our own Roku stick which we used for streaming. I only have one complaint, the toilet paper was quite thin and rough but that was easily solved by buying a package of our own. As for the trip itself, we had a great time visiting the town of Bandon and the surrounding beaches. All the food we ate was AMAZING! Highly recommend: Tony's Crab Shack The Wheelhouse & Crowsnest Fish & Chips Chowder House Thank you for hosting us!

Bandon get away

Nice location in wooded area. Close to 101 so easy to go to Bandon, or north 25 min. to Coos Bay, and associated scenic beaches. Breakfast at the Pacific Grill at Bandon Dunes Golf Course was excellent! Small home, but nicely updated, and comfortable beds.

Great location if BDGR lodging is not available

You can’t get much closer to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort without staying on property. This place was not fancy but was well kept. All in all it was a good experience and especially if you needed to bring your family dog along!

House is located outside of town, in a peaceful and quiet location. Got to watch deer in the morning. Very nice layout. Home was clean with nice furnishings. Had no issues with check in, property manager was communicative. Would stay here again.
