Easy access. Very clean. Good amenities. But the reason for staying here is the very quick and easy access to the big beach as well as the wall of windows giving an incredible view of the beach as well as sunsets. We want to come back.

The views and sounds of the ocean were fabulous. It was a very comfortable and lovely stay. I wish I knew about all of the stairs down to the beach though. My mom has mobility issues so she wasn’t able to get to the beach by the house.

The view is breathtaking and those daily walks on the beach can take you over to some gorgeous outcroppings of rocks. Great Beach House

I have stayed in beach houses since I was a small child. A great beach is clean and comfortable; it has an easy, casual feel about it; it has a beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets; it allows you to hear and sea the waves; and, it has easy, direct access to the beach. This rental has a beautiful view of the ocean. The house is set up very nice for large groups. We had 9 people (9 adults, 3 teens) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The sleeping areas for the kids were or could be separated from the main living room allowing the adults to enjoy the ocean views while the kids slept. Very nice.

Great location, with great access to beach and stunning sunsets! Property was clean and well stocked with bedding, towels and kitchen ware. Decor could use some upgrades and airconditioning was not accessable, along with some windows. Positives outweighed thenegatives on the whole.

Great older beach house

Its an older beach house. The layout is nice for either large or multi-family with all the little rooms and spaces. If you are looking for a large open floor plan then this isn't it. The location on the beach was really nice. Watch the stairs going down a few boards on the steps are loose (part of owning a beach house). The showers had plenty of hot water but they are old and anyone over 5'5" would have to bend down to get their head under. Kitchen was well stocked but things are a bit older, like pans, utensils and such. Our family of 5 had a great time.

Our Fifth or Sixth Stay

We’ve stayed at this house multiple times because the view is fantastic and the house is very comfortable and spacious. The deck is wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked. We especially like that as appliances like the toaster and toaster oven have been replaced that the replacements have been high quality. Hopefully the microwave will be replaced soon. The fireplace insert that was recently added is great. The instructions for all the levers on the insert were a little daunting at first, but after a couple tries we found it really wasn’t that complicated and it was amazing how well it worked.
