"Our room was great upon check in, we rushed to get to our dinner reservation and didn’t realize the state of our room until our return. The bathroom shower had someone else’s bathroom products still in there; along with hair. There was a constant knocking in the walls in the bathroom. The bed was large but seems broken, you sunk into the middle of the mattress. "

"Family of 5 with 3 teens- did need to open window for adequate ventilation in middle of night. Breakfast hot food was lukewarm including omelet taco and sausage. Trash in parking lot. Had to provide personal information at check in that should come from Expedia. Some wear and tear in room. Had to request extra towels and sofa bedding."

"Hosts were nice, place was very clean and fun. Pingpong table and games were a nice touch. No complaints from my family and I!"

"We had a handicapped room for my son. Beds were low and easily able to get on and off and were extremely soft! Room was spacious for wheel chair to get around. Breakfast was included in our price and was worth it from the little Bistro. Easy access to Dr office where we had a follow up appt. Several eateries and shopping close by. "

"We got a corner room. Was very spacious and came with a full sized refrigerator, dish washer, and oven. Bed was very comfortable, very nice shower. Nice pool area, i liked that the lights were not very bright and overpowering in the pool area. Very good breakfast that ran from 7am-10am."

"Great historical home! Beautiful setting, perfect for hiking trail access near Red Rocks! Dogs loved the trails, and the backyard too! We got some snow which was much needed, and the home's heat performed well. The ONLY potential challenge for guests is the VERY steep staircase to all of the bedrooms. Given the age of the house, this is to be expected. The kitchen is functional, could use some newer tools and silverware. Great to have full-size washer and dryer too. Overall a beautiful place full of incredible history! Highly recommend it!"
