All of the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and hospitality. As a first-time visitor to Brunei, I felt genuinely welcomed, and this stay has made me look forward to returning to explore even more next time. The team was consistently friendly and attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable, with a thoughtful eco-friendly water-saving program in place. The hotelā€™s convenient location also makes it a great choice for both leisure and solo travellers, especially if youā€™re not renting a car.

Great hotel worth a stay if in Brunei

Lovely rooms and very friendly helpful staff. Food was brilliant, really nice and had everything for picky eating children. Breakfast was the best we have had whilst living on Borneo for 2 years. Both pool and gym are really good to.

Friendly staff

I stayed to explore the city. The staff had great recommendations and the spa was wonderful. The evening staff was extremely helpful in getting me a taxi to the airport. All the staff was great, but Fatin went above and beyond.
