「This hotel provided us a room with a non-working refrigerator, which they knew ahead of time prior to check-in. We brought this to the staff’s attention, to which they did not discount our room, nor did they accommodate us by providing another room, free of charge. Unfortunately the few perishables we had purchased for the remainder of our stay were spoiled because of this, as we had anticipated a working refrigerator. 「great, clean, comfortable hotel with nice rooms (we used a family setup for two boys), helpful staff, and a location convenient to Ruga Kole Idromeno and the walking street scenes. Their parking is underground beneath the hotel and may be too tight for a larger vehicle, though it worked fine for us. A great value for a good stay in Shkoder.」

Family business good to support. Would be great for groups of friends as there is a common area to cook and eat. I warmly recommend.」

「It was hard to take luggage to the chalet’s. They were very creaky rooms made of wood. You could hear everything in the loft when a person moved. The faucets were leaky, so you could hear drips while trying to sleep. The hotel triple beds room look like prison camp rooms. Very small tight and little. Not much room for luggage and to move around. If you like glamping. This is where you need to be. If you like luxury or comfort. No way Jose!」

The rooms were beautiful, clean and unique, breakfast was delicious and fresh, but most of all the team & staff were lovely. The toilet so close to the shower was curious, the bed a little uncomfortable (adding a soft cushion could increase the options), small details that can be improved. The place was really nice, and the staff was attentive. Recommended however.」
