Family gathering

Selected the two properties to allow for our family gather. The accommodation gave us the flexibility and also having games tables entertained everyone and had the houses full of laughter. Just what the doctor ordered. Will stay here again.

Perfect holiday houses

My family and my friend’s families stayed over the weekend in these two beautiful houses which are comfortable, spacious, clean and have everything we need. We were really enjoyed and really liked these houses. We’ll come back if we can book it again. These are five stars holiday houses.

Excellent stay, spacious, clean, well stocked

Very impressed with the two houses. Very clean. Plenty of space for several families. Enough cutlery, plates, pots, etc to cater for the large group. Great for families with kids - high chair, portacot, fire guard all available. Only negative was playground in backyard was a bit dangerous with quite a number of rusty nails sticking out and loose boards. But otherwise an excellent place to stay!

Perfect for a group

We had a great experience with this property. Liaising with Dion was simple and responses timely. We rented for a group girls get together with older and younger adults so the two houses worked perfectly. It also gave us lots of bathrooms which is always a plus for a group of girls There were no steps in one house and fairly steep steps in the other but they were carpeted so easy unless you have a physical disability. Both places were lovely and clean, beds were comfortable and we found the location quiet. The house had great facilities in the kitchen so if you wanted to cook you would have no dramas. I slightly damaged the paint and advised Dion. He handled this very well and the fee to fix my damage was very reasonable and we'll communicated. Thanks Dion.

Girls weekend

Perfect houses for a girls weekend. Kitchen adequately equipped. Check in easy and was kindly offered a late check out. Clean, neat and tidy. Lovely addition of box of roses. Would definitely stay again.

Exceptional Enjoyable Stay

Excellent in details, clean and tidy throughout. Super family friendly with kids entertainment suitable for primary and teens. Great location in lovely street. We love your deck as well! Some pans may need to be replaced. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Home

Great accomodation for a few more people than usual. Clean, comfortable beds, warm fireplace, well stocked kitchen and great communication with the host. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent extended family accommodation.

Villa has 3 bedrooms. 2 x 1 double bed 1 x 4 bunk beds plus 1 trundle. House has 5 bedrooms 1 x 1 king size bed 2 x 1 double bed 1 x 2 single beds 1 x 4 bunk beds. Excellent value. Modern clean spacious.

Great venue for our large family.

Thanks for a great stay, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend the venue to others who want a large residence to accommodate everyone together. The facilities were very clean and tidy, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and the address was handy to shops and other facilities in Ballarat and surrounds.
