Your family will be close to Ballarat's major sporting facilities, Mars stadium and Selkirk stadium which are just a few minutes away. The beautiful lake Wendouree and Ballarat botanical gardens are just down the road, as well as the major retail shopping centre Stockland Wendouree. Conveniently located just off the western highway and only a short trip into Ballarat's city centre, our lovely little cottage is a fantastic place to stay during your visit to Ballarat.

Property features split system airconditioning and central heating

There are 3 bedrooms. The master has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 have single beds with extra single trundle under each bed. Sleeps 6 in total

There is a large driveway suitable for 2-3 cars in the front yard. The driveway continues behind the gate into the back yard for secure behind gate parking.
