"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"The team at Pupa Winery is exceptional! We stayed with them for 5 days and boy, were we lucky. A vineyard and winery tour with tasting is included in the price and what a blast! We had so much fun, we stayed on and had a beautiful dinner and made friends. The owners and the team are warm and friendly. Although no dedicated parking. Very easy to find some on streets around the guest house. Highly recommend. Easy access to everything. Walkable and quiet area. "
