"Ideal location as we were going to an event at the conference centre. Hotel was clean and staff helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good. However, hotel does need a refurb and the WiFi was very hit and miss. Also, my wife has Alzheimer's and found the small and cramped bathroom difficult to navigate. She was also confused by why there was no hot water immediately, but that we had to run taps for a while, before the water got hot. This probably should have been explained at check in, rather than relying on the handout given to us on check in."
