「What a wonderful place to stay in Sanur. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. It had a kitchen and open air living area. The bedrooms are air conditioned. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs. Wayan and the rest of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a beach with many restaurants and bars that is about a 15 minute walk away. i would definitely stay here again.」

"First of all, I was truly impressed by how secure this hotel is. In Bali, there are many bikes and cars, and crossing the street can be difficult, but the hotel security staff kindly and cheerfully help guests cross the road. When vehicles enter the premises, they also carefully check around the car to ensure safety, which I found very reassuring.
At check-in, all the front desk staff welcomed us with warm smiles. Even though I don’t speak English well, they kindly used a translator device and guided us carefully all the way to our room, which was very helpful in such a large hotel.
The entire property, including the rooms, is extremely clean. There is also a pool, and I was impressed to see the staff cleaning leaves from the water every morning. The maintenance and cleaning of the grounds were also consistently well done.
There’s a beach just across from the hotel, and I really appreciated that we could enjoy both the pool and the beach with towel rentals available.
Above all, whenever we had any concerns, every staff member responded with a warm smile and a helpful attitude. As a mother traveling with a child, I was quite anxious at first, but thanks to the wonderful staff, we had a safe and truly enjoyable stay.
