"The place is run down, no towels in the rooms and no soaps. The tiles on the floor was torn down and it does not anytime you need something just for hot water you have to pay. Not recommended at all. We arrived so late and we do not know the place so we have to stay the night. Terriblr."

"This property is a steal! Super affordable price, beach front, and hospitable staff (Ate Emma). The only thing missing is wifi, but for it's price, you won't mind. The place is near degisit and Lighthouse, ermita hill, and there are many stores where you can buy. This is a budget-friendly but nice place. Thanks ASJ and Ate Emma!"

"The staff are very helpful, professional, and polite. They provided me with local knowledge to get to the main Sabang Beach boardwalk. The hotel is conveniently away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. The grounds are very relaxing. The pool was clean. The rooms are well kept and very comfortable. The restaurant provided a great breakfast menu. For lunch I had a delicious fiddlehead salad locally known as Pako. I stayed 3 nights."

"The AC in the first room was not working and the floors can be seen with leakage of some sort. Tiles in the bathroom are sharp - not enough ventilation. The doors aren't as secure - felt like someone can get inside the door easily. Suitable for locals - not recommending for foreigners"

"This is one of the most unsanitary places I’ve been in. The toilet looked unclean and the bed had a few critters on them. It had lack of electricity (no microwave, bad wifi service unless you’re on the second level). There was another resort beside us which had all necessities. Would be better to book a stay there. "

"It's beachfront so it's nice. Easily accessible. Receptionist was good and approacheable. The only comment is the airconditioner because it was not enough. We booked a room for 8 and it was ok until the AC wasn't enough to cool the room. We had to request for elec fan. "
