Returned to stay at the property and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Also parked at the Woods-Allies garage, which was cheaper and easier to get out of. One strange occurrence: I booked a room on the top floor and was given a different room on the first day of my stay without notice. Wasn’t a big deal, but thought it was odd.

We spent 7 nights here in August and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel looks modern and clean and the front desk staff were all really friendly and helpful.
The room and beds were also comfortable although it did look like it was due a deep clean (you can see the dust gathering around the edges of the carpet and under tables etc). The bathroom, especially tiles, also looked tired and due renovation.
Out of our 7 nights, the cleaners only came once. Admittedly one time was due to us accidentally leaving the do not disturb sign on! Even though we were out a lot every day, they never appeared. We had to ask for clean towels a couple of times.
The gym was fantastic. One of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. And Starbucks in the lobby was excellent and very convenient.
We felt that the price we paid was good value compared to other 5 stars in the area and would stay again despite the room issues.
