Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 60 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with stove in all rooms (gas). The entrance is covered and leads over 2 steps directly in the vestibule with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, lounge, dinette, TV and Roller shutters on all windows. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Kitchen with electric cooker (3 plates), oven, refrigerator (180 l, freezer), microwave and coffee machine. You have access with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday house is located on a 210 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning, heater in every room (gas). Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. TV channels only in the local language. The accommodation is equipped with hypoallergenic pillows.
