Me parece un servicio de gestión pesimo. A día de hoy no nos ha abonado los 135'90 € que dejamos para reserva. Espero lo resolváis lo antes posible."

"Room was clean and comfotable. AC not available so we had to leave the windows open. Paid parking very convenient. Staff super kind and helpful. Ate a light dinner in the attached restaurant and it was one of my favorite meals of our trip. The city of Lleida did not impress us, dirty compared to the rest of cities we have visited, but the hotel was fine."
