「Scam. Stay away. They lie about most things. No Wifi, No restaurant, bugs and cockroaches 」

「The house manager changes almost everyday and so is the service level. We stayed for 3 nights and the first senior manager was excellent to accommodate our needs, including the thermometer that I needed to check my fever. The second manager had difficulty to understand English first of all. We were shown first to the room on the 1st floor. There was construction going on in the backyard which was noisy. So, we asked to change the room after half an hour. The new room on the 2nd floor was good...

「Staff great and hotel nice and relaxing, the only thing that wasn’t good was in 4 nights stay never was the room cleaned 」

「It was wonderful to stay here. Hosts are very polite and helpful. Love them! If I come back again to this city, I'll stay here for sure.」

「I LOVED my stay at Kandy Hub Guest House. It's not in the city, so you'll need a car to get there as it's a bit hard to find. The distance was totally worth it to me for the views, affordability, and attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. I really enjoyed the rooftop breakfast too. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was that the bathroom had some webs and a spider when I came in. The employee I spoke with was very receptive when I asked him to help me remove them,...

「Beautiful hotel, service was impeccable and the views absolutely stunning! Highly recommend a stay for rest and relaxation. A hidden gem.」

「good」

「If u want a good stay, book this. Very nice, helpfull and friendly staff. Nice and Central location. For this price, very nice hotell. Good luck guys :) 」

「The staff were great, really helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay even better than expected. The views were amazing and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was great, lots of food and the local menu was delicious. The road leading up to the hotel is pretty rough and our driver struggled in his little car. Other than that, we were very pleased overall and would stay here again. 」
