Nothing as described on your website . Not a deluxe room No microwave or tea coffee maker as advertised The accommodation was actually closed for refurbishment and we were the only people in the building . No bath as advertised. No nice view of the city. TV worked by internet so it buffered all the time until it went off about 9 pm and needed a code to use it which tbe one man there did not know . Only managed to stay one night despite booking for three. Airport Shuttle did not exist either .

не хотели заселять по приезду. сначала сказали, что номеров нет. потом требовали повторную оплату. говорили - что вы деньги не перевели. заселили христа ради... утром разобрались ps.: приехала в отель в 00 примерно. одна. первый раз в баку...

Einfaches Hotel.

Zuerst einmal muss ich kritisieren, dass die Informationen über das Hotel völlig falsch waren. Es gibt viele versproche Einrichtungen gar nicht. Die Matratze war ziemlich hart und das Frühstück dürftig. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Lage ist gut.

Hotellets läge är mycket bra mitt i gamla stan, men betyget åker ner med att det bara var kallt vatten när jag tvättade mig. Frukost buffén var mycket sparsam. Men ska man se till vad det kostade och jag sov mycket bra in den sköna sängen.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel na Starym Mieście w Baku

Spędziliśmy w hotelu Giz Galasi 3 noce w kwietniu 2018r. Hotel znajduje na Starym Mieście, blisko Wieży Dziewiczej, Pałacu Szachów ale również stacji metra i promenady nadmorskiej. Pokój który otrzymaliśmy pachniał nowością mebli, był wyposażony w tv, klimatyzację, małą lodówkę, w łazience: wanna. Obsługa bardzo miła - udostępnili nam wcześniej pokój (przed oficjalną godziną check-in). Śniadania od godz. 9.00 do 11.00 - oferowane menu mogłoby być trochę bogatsze. Ogólnie polecam i jeśli jeszcze raz odwiedzę Baku na pewno skorzystam ponownie z tego hotelu!

Hotel in old historic area

This hotel is located in old town, there are Metro station, Palace and Maiden Tower nearby. But old town is like maze, hope they have a map again for tourists. Staff are all kind!

Гостеприимное, радушное но не очень чистое место

Отель удобно расположен. Приемлемый завтрак. Не очень чисто, что характерно для всех несетевых отелей в Баку. Слабый Wi-Fi. Если Вас не пугает использование собственные дезинфицирующих средств в ванной комнате (советую запастись) - вполне подойдёт. Правда, это не избавит Вас от наличия волос прежних путешественников в местах общего пользования... Радушные и добрые хозяева посоветуют Вам хорошие и недорогие ресторанчики. Есть в отеле на первом этаже №4 без окон - не берите его - не проветривается, окон нет, вентиляция плохая !

Расположение отеля отличное, персонал внимательный, завтрак средний, а вот террасы на крыше и бассейна, о котором четко написано на сайте, нет. Выбирали отель обязательно с бассейном или спа-салоном, очень расстроились.

OK apart from breakfast

Breakfast is super basic and not good at all - I didn't eat it. However, there are places to eat nearby and the location is great. Staff are friendly and helpful but need prompting and reminding if they are organizing something.

very friendly staff, great location, great value for money. However, beds not very comfortable, towels not the nicest. Essentially great value for money given the location and high prices of baku hotels.

Small and friendly hotel

I enjoyed staying in the hotel which ws located in the Old City. The location of the hotel was good apart from the fact that you cannot drive to the hotel front door due to narrow streets and steps. The Old City is a very nice area, very safe to walk around. There are several excellent museums within the Old City. Metro station within 5 min. walk. The hotel has no restaurant but a breakfast room where reasonable breakfast food is provided. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful.The rooms are very clean but the furniture is quite basic. There are several restaurants within the Old City and also just outside the city wall. I will probably return to the hotel during my next visit. Parts of Baku near the hotel is very beautiful.
