Номер большой, чистый, комфортный, главное- тихо не смотря, что это центр города и активной ночной жизни. Очень доброжелательный молодой человек нас встретил и решил все наши проблемы. Спасибо ему. Рекомендую.

Horrible stay ! Dirty, old, to avoid !

HORRIBLE - The location is the only nice thing. The pictures do not at all correspond to the venue. Dangerous electricity, 1 lamp out of 6 working, ants on the floor, old and noisy air-conditioning, smoking room while we requested non-smoking, very dirty. The windows open to the inside of an abandoned. Only good think is the location next to the pedestrian roads. Mattresses are of very bad quality. Linen to short, ... After my complains they move us to an apartment but too far away to have the free breakfast. No cooking place inside the room as mentioned in the description. Beverage in the fridge were frozen ... I stop here but the list is very very long ! Spots on towels and bed linen, ...

Great Location, but not very comfortable

The location and the hotel staff were great. Here are the things that definitely need improving: Amenities: The did not provide anything for us, no shampoo, no towels, not even toilet papers. We requested Towels and we got them after 2 days. We brought our own shampoo and toilet papers. Beds: The mattresses were old and very uncomfortable. They should definitely replace their mattresses. Information: The hotel office and the house were in 2 different locations. For someone coming from a different country, it is quite difficult to figure all of this out. They need to provide more information about this.

Нормальная трешка, в приличном в прекрасном месте!

Была неувязочка с заказанным трансфером, сломалась машина. Пришлось искать такси в аэропорту, чего и хотелось избежать. Извинились, предложили бесплатно обратный трансфер. Предложили и осуществили! Вот это сервис с которым я сталкиваюсь впервые! Внушает. Теперь по порядку. Расположение - если попросить представить лучше, я бы не смог после пяти дней прогулок по Баку. Все рядом. Чай/кофе в номере, вода в бутылках, две комнаты метров по 16+ большой туалет, по сути, размер номера на четверых, все нужное, включая кондиционер. Да, не верх дизайна и не верх ремонта - лет десять назад, но все работает, все исправно. Самые приятные люди на рецепшене - не знаю, где еще за более чем 100 отелей последних трех лет, было так замечательно. Тепло в погожий день, комфортно, уютно осенью, прохладновато зимой местной - это при +4. Батареи шпарят, но видимо, сама конструкция такая жилища. Кроме пары самых холодных месяцев в году, рекомендую. Последнее: адрес верный, но подойти можно с двух улиц, и вывеска видно только Бристоль - поднимайтесь на второй этаж, там уже будет нужная. Даже с картой в телефоне, пришлось спрашивать у прохожих.

Удобное расположение и компромиссный сервис

В принципе, ничего особенно не ждали от гестхауса. Хотя размер номера удивил - 2 спальни и большой зал с диваном и обеденным столом. А вот качество и размер душевой-туалета, находящейся в одной из спален оставил весьма неприятное впечатление.

Отель с отличным расположением

Проживание в отеле было немного омрачено первым днем, когда нам предоставили совершенно не такой номер, какой мы бронировали. Но сразу же пообещали на следующий день в 12 часов переселить в нужный нам номер. Так и произошло. Новый номер оказался большим (2 комнаты и гостиная). Подкачала ванная комната: душевая кабина маленькая и протекает. В спальнях одинарные кровати, сдвинутые вместе. Есть небольшой холодильник (правда, уж очень сильно морозит - лимонад практических замерз) и телевизор. Персонал очень внимательный.

Отдых вдвоем с мужем в начале июня 2016

Прекрасное соотношение цена-качество отеля. Отдыхали вдвоем с мужем в начале июня 2016. Отель маленький (3 номера), но достаточно приятный и, что самое важное - в нем очень приветливый, тактичный и компетентный персонал на рецепшен: готовы на все вопросы касаемо города, питания, проживания, проезда, экскурсионных мест и всего прочего подсказать, рассказать и помочь чем могут! Очень радовало! Номера нормальные, только ванные комнаты пора бы подремонтировать, сантехнику заменить или починить (течет вода). Завтраки вполне себе нормальные. Широкого выбора не предлагается, но из представленных продуктов - все съедобно. Предлагались омлет, яичница, сыры, колбасы, творог, сметана, варенье, чай, кофе, сок, фрукты. Были блины как-то. Расположение - супер. Центр города. Метро, автобусные остановки также рядом. Мы довольны отдыхом в Гостевом доме Boulevard.

While I booked my room 1.5 months before arrival, on arrival they told me "Sorry, no room is available" !! Then someone else at reception says If you want to stay you have to stay the first night at another facility and move back on second night. The new facility at Hotel Fountain square room above a discotheque. Room at Boulevard opens to a parking lot where the drunk revellers shout which meant interrupted sleep for me. The beds are 2 single attached together meaning you'll slide in a wood well, bed too short.In all gave me a bad impression about Baku.

Suveränt bra läge.

Att bo här var toppen, det var nära till mycket. Vi var på strandpromenaden flera gångar. Där finns fina skulpturer, fontäner och ett härligt folkliv. Carpet museet ligger där, en mycket spektakulär byggnad. Där får man också en bra utsikt till flaming Towers . De blir väldigt vackre på kvällen. Det offentliga rummet i Baku kan man inte klaga på, det finns något för alla.

Недорого и гостеприимно

Да, это не 4 и не 5 звезд. Да, огрехи ремонта видны. Да, завтрак мог бы быть и полноценнее. Но это все с лихвой компенсируется невероятным гостеприимством персонала (искренним, радушным, готовы помочь всегда), расположением (оно идеально, на мой взгляд - в пределах 5-10 ходьбы до старого города, Девичьей башни, площади фонтанов, набережной, торговых центров, улице Низами, уймы ооооочень вкусных кафе и ресторанчиков) ценой, размером номеров.
