The house of 200m2 is on a plot of 1200 m2 and consists of two floors, ground floor and first floor. The ground floor was adapted in 2010, and the first floor is a new building built in 2022.
On the first floor there is:
Large living room with kitchen and dining area of 90m2, on the south side is a terrace of 4m2, and on the north side is a huge terrace of 40m2 with a swimming pool, with a fantastic view from the living room.

One double room 16m2 with a bathroom in a 6m2 room. In the bathroom with a window, there is a shower cabin with toilet, bidet and sink.

The entire house and grounds are available exclusively to guests and are not shared with anyone. The parking lot is huge and free, covered for several vehicles, you can additionally place your speedboat and trailer, or a trailer with motorbikes or cars if you come to the Grobnik Automotodrom, in addition, the old road next to the house is only for you and there is no limit for parking and only about a hundred meters from the house you can connect to the new road and be in popular places such as Crikvenica, Dramalj, Jadranovo, Kraljevica in just fifteen minutes of driving. In half an hour's drive, you can be at the best beaches on the island of Krk or, on the other hand, at the most attractive places in the mountain district where the Risnjak National Park is located. For fans of skiing and winter sports during the winter, there is also the Platak recreation center just a 30-minute drive away.
The Holiday House Nirvana has 3 rooms with a double bed in each room. Additional two mobile beds for one person can be placed or a sofa bed for two people can be used in the living room. Please be sure to mention which option you want before arrival.
