"本次住宿令人十分不愉快，本預訂住8天後來覺得無法再忍受便提前退房：
1.服務櫃檯人員態度不有善，2.房務做的很差，毛巾都常是半乾，打開後有毛髮沾留在上面 3.我們用後的杯子沒有清洗直接放在茶盤中 4.鞋子也沒整理放好 5.早餐菜色不佳，菜都是冷的沒有開啟保溫設備，向櫃檯反應2天都沒改善，我 們就自行出外購買早餐。這樣住宿服務真是十分糟糕，明明有停車位可以供住宿房客使用，櫃檯人員卻一直要我們去停其他地區當我們提出要提前退房時櫃台人員十分不友善，以後有機會也不會再入住，同時也不會推薦親友入住，奉勸日後有意入住旅客要審慎考量，這家真的是糟糕透了。"
