"Location of the house is within the grounds of the owners property so is private and not overlooked by neighbours. Quiet and peaceful. The cottage is quite old inside and is in need of updating and modernising. We heard mice in the bedroom but this is to be expected as the house is in woodland. Overall a pleasent stay."

"Really nice hotel! Managed to park a large Mercedes Sprinter in the car park, was welcomed by a lovely lad in the Reception who then showed me to my apartment across the road. Had an amazing sleep and a lovely breakfast was enjoyed before departing the next morning. When staying in Soltau, make you visit the nearby Delphi Greek Restaurant, it is outstanding! "

"Wir waren als Familie hier für eine paar Tage untergekommen. Zur Ankunft erwartete uns ein Obstteller und - unerwarteter Weise - ein zweites Schlafzimmer, so dass die Schlafcouch zusammengeklappt bleiben konnte. Die FeWo ist ordentlich ausgestattet und nett eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und einladend. Von Melbeck aus lassen sich Lüneburg und Umgebung bequem mit dem Auto erkunden. "Meine Frau und ich haben uns in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Holzofen, welcher uns schöne, gemütliche Abende beschert hat. "Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig. Die Küche war mit Allem ausgestattet und die Lage ist auch super. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Kleinigkeiten die aufgefallen sind, dass es sauber war, aber an manchen Stellen könnte etwas gründlicher geputzt werden. Die Kaffeemaschine könnte auch mal wieder geputzt werden. Wir würden die Wohnung trotzdem weiter empfehlen. Auf Nachfrage konnten wir eine Stunde später abreisen, das war total nett."

"we had a great stay at this apartment- there was parking, everything you need in the kitchen- clean well furnished. The hosts were amazing- they did everything they could to make our trip for a wedding as easy as it could be- even dealing with me- the stressed out mother of the bride! The host had recommended a restaurant for pre wedding dinner- simply 5 stars so good! We had our laundry done by the host and nothing could have been more appreciated!! thank you so much for everything!!!"
