The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our all inclusive dinner options every night drinks all day. Loved the pool, took an Uber to the casino and outdoor mall which was fun.
My only complaint was the persistence of the timeshare rep over bearing. We just wanted to relax and enjoy our time.

Everything was awesome!. The only thing is that you cannot invite anybody as guest, not even to the lobby. We found out when we invited 2 friends to the lobby and they were not been able to park their car or enter the property. We have asked before and they told us it was ok.

The resort is very nice is you want to spend relaxing vacation wonderful service Exelente food this is the place, Chef Germain and his staff will surprise you with amazing dishes at all the restaurants. Usiel at the pool bar is always attentive and eager to please you, and the towel staff are very friendly as well. I especially want to mention Edouard, who made us feel at home. All the pools were very well maintained, never crowded. The barbecue chicken and rib at the pool were fantastic, the best experience ever.
