"Hotels.com relocated us to this hotel after the original hotel we booked couldn’t check us in due to being overbooked. We arrived for check in at 1am tired having spent most the day travelling. The person who checked us in was rude and demanded that hotels.com pay for 15 days worth of parking as that is what they saw on their system. "Super simple check in procedure, excellent and a really well presented room, great location given why we were in the area. The facility of rooms with a shared kitchen would work really well, although we didn’t need to use the shared kitchen."
