Stayed for a 4 day ski trip. It is close to the ski resort and the hotel runs shuttles frequently to and from the resort. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfasts were ready good! Great stay!

Hotel Vanessa provided an exceptional stay for our family in Switzerland. Perfect location and great service

Great service, outstanding staff, free shuttle service to the gondola, location was great, breakfast was very good. overall a hotel i would recommend to anybody that want to go to Verbier. The team in the reception made you feel like "home" they were very service minded and shared both places to go to for good afterski, lunch, dinner, places to stop and eat or take a bear at on the mountain.

Freundlichkeit pur!

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Personal, insbesondere im Service, ist sehr gut geschult und überaus freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Eine riesiges Plus ist der Shuttle zu den Bahnen, der das Hotel kostenlos offeriert. Auch der Fahrer aus der Bretagne war äusserst zuvorkommend und nett. Alles in Allem war der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr positiv, obwohl sich die Preise für Schweizer Verhältnisse im oberen Limit befinden.

Understated but very comfortable

Practically located close to the slopes although the shuttle services was nice. Very attentive service and a large and comfortable room with all amenities you need. Ski locker and nice, but simple spa.For the price, we will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room lots of space, pleasant staff lovely breakfast and a nice relaxing spa. The hotel location was awesome, right in the middle of everything. And if you want to go a bit further, the hotel vans will take you or pick you up from anywhere, would definitely recommend. Thanks to all staff for the excellent stay.

Last minute pick and lovely hotel.

We made a last-minute decision to go to Verbier and found this hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast has many different choices and is included. The hotel bar is very roomy and the couches are extremely comfortable! The drinks are also very generous and yummy. The shuttle are so fast and everyone was so friendly and informative. The ski lockers were very convenient. Love the town and the hotel was so close to everything. The only negative is the hot tub is indoors and very steamy. Otherwise a wonderful hotel.
