"House is MASSIVE and perfect for families with teenagers. Downstairs has 2 double bedrooms, laundry and teens tv lounge. Upstairs open plan, modern furniture, bright outlook onto 8 seater dining/bbq area. Excellent lighting throughout the property. Amazing view of the sea and Tomaree. Quite spectacular observing the massive storm roll in, although 22 hour powercut not so great! Master bedroom is ENORMOUS…walk-in wardrobe, bathroom & separate toilet. Little bridge walkway back into lounge. Property is airconditioned and blinds throughout. All bedrooms have fans on the ceiling. Property would benefit from flyscreens on the balcony door - to allow fresh airflow and to hear the beautiful birdsong. Pots and pans are needing replaced or a good clean …and more cutlery, cups required. Property is EXCELLENT for families with older kids, not safe for little kids due to the stairs and feature bridge walkway. Lovely location for a family holiday. "

"A very comfortable home for our beach holiday. Arabella is a short walk to a great family beach and you can follow the coastal path all the way to the CBD of Nelson Bay. The house is beautifully presented and we would definitely stay there again."
