"Telefonisch leider niemand erreichbar. Die FAQs sind halt manchmal nicht ausreichend. Es wird an Personal, also am falschen Ende, gespart. Pfingstsonntag war leider nur die reguläre Öffnungszeit für Amazonia und die Rutschtürme. Leider schließen die Attraktionen zur selben Zeit, was lieber zeitversetzt erfolgen sollte. Ansonsten Campingplatz sehr gut und Anbindung auch."

Soap etc was also provided. There is a cleaning fee of 60€ and a 20€ per person optional fee for sheets and towels. "The place is beautiful and quiet. We wish we could have spent more time there! Karl-Heinz is such a lovely person and host. We flew over from England for the 70.3 Erkner Ironman and he helped us with a couple of major issues that saved the entire holiday and participating in the event. We would happily stay here again. Herzlicher Empfang, sehr saubere Unterkunft und sehr gepflegtes Grundstück. Zwei liebe Hunde der Gastwirte haben nicht gestört. Frische Eier vom Hof. "Wir haben 3 schöne Tage im Haus verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Es war sauber, warm und gemütlich. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. "Tolles Hotel für einen kurzen Entspannungsurlaub, sehr nettes Personal und angenehme Atmosphäre. Einzig störend war, dass es keine Treppen gab und man immer auf den Aufzug angewiesen war. Im April leider auch nicht allzu viele kulinarische Optionen in der Umgebung, aber das Hotel bot ausreichend Abwechslung für unseren Kurztrip. Alles in Allem eine Empfehlung wert."
