Welcome to your stylishly furnished getaway in the Eifel. The apartment is located in the quiet village of Iversheim, right next to the historic town of Bad Münstereifel. The train station is just a 10-minute walk away, and bakeries and shops for daily necessities are also in the immediate vicinity. For guests arriving by car, a free, assigned parking space is available right on the property—convenient and secure.

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building and offers 77 m² of space to relax, recharge, and enjoy your stay. A separate entrance with a modern code system leads you directly into the light-filled apartment with access to the spacious garden.

The interior was designed with great attention to detail—warm, high-quality, and functional all at once. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for your stay: a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a selection of teas, an oven, a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The large dining table, which seats up to six people, is perfect for cozy evenings with friends or family—whether you’re sharing a meal, playing games, or enjoying a glass of wine.

The living room features a comfortable sofa and a TV with Netflix access—perfect for relaxing movie nights or cozy evenings after a day spent outdoors. From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace, which features seating for your morning coffee or an evening sundowner.

Another highlight of the apartment is the modern bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower—here you can freshen up and start or end your day in style.

And the absolute centerpiece: your private sauna, which belongs exclusively to the apartment. Here, you can truly relax and recharge after a hike, a long day, or just because.
