Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass meine Einwände jemanden sonderlich interessiert hätten. Das einzige Zugeständnis bestand darin, dass mir die Betten zusammengeschoben wurden. Der Preisunterschied wurde mir natürlich nicht erstattet. Die Möbel sind schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, eine Tür hatte in der Duschkabine...

"First of all - we paid double via Expedia compared to the couple in front of me (which paid to the hotel directly). Two things about the hotel we liked: breakfast and the pool. The lady that “welcomed” us at the reception was pretty unfriendly; the hotel was really rundown (starts with a dirty carpet when you walk inside from the parking lot, the balcony floor was horrible condition). And worst: the checkout time ist 10:00h am!!!! The same time the pool opens - I can't imagine any worse customer...

"Rooms need either air conditioning or better ceiling fans. When it gets hot, there is no way to get proper airflow. If you open the windows, the insects will come inside your room. Please also add a microwave to the rooms. Shower was clogged with hair and the water could not evacuate. I had to unclog the shower otherwise the water level would have risen and gone into the bedroom area."

"The real stand-out was the breakfast. It had absolutely everything, including champagne. The staff were generally friendly, although we did overhear a conversation where one member of staff was the opposite of friendly. Otherwise, staff were just wonderful. Our room was roomy ... the bed was a dream. Haven't slept so well for years. It is expensive, but the breakfast was worth every cent!"
