No elevator

Over all experience was good..everything is perfect, the room the staff except that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator and its a bit tiring for us especially we have a luggage and a child to carry all through the third floor..

First, the shower heater didnt work and there was no maintenance person available.. The bathroom has to tissue paper available. There were not enough electrical outlets.. so i had to unuse the tv while i charge my mobile phone.

Good location

Good location and value for money. Front desk are very helpful and accomodating , all the staff are friendly, security guard help us to carry our luggage. They serve good food too.
