"Good location with dining near by. But the unit is in need of some maintenance and deep cleaning. As we first entered the unit it smelled sour. But that could be because the mail breaker was off so no air was moving. When we turned on the ac it immediately smelled dusty. We took out the filter and it was caked with dust and hair, etc. Once we cleaned the filter it was better. When we opened the fridge to turn it on it, too, smelled badly and, of course, was warm since it had not been on. Then...
